Position: Executive Secretary to CEO cum Front Office


Qualifications :
Graduate / Post Graduate. 

Experience      : 1-5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing end-to-end daily operations in the CEO office.

• Front Office and Calls Management 
• Creating impactful business presentations and spreadsheets.
• Creating meeting minutes and tracking progress on the same.
• Scheduling meetings and tracking CEO's schedules
• Coordinate travel and accommodation of CEO and other Senior members in connection
with others and ensure arrangements in place for the CEO match his requirements.
• Responds to routine telephone requests which have standard answers; refers calls and
visitors to appropriate staff.
• May take transcribe dictation and establishes and maintains a variety of office files &
recurring internal reports.
• Maintains manager's calendar, makes appointments, and arranges for meeting rooms.
• End to end Coordination of all domestic and International travel for the Sr. Leaders
• Submitting and maintaining all expenses to Finance for reimbursements.
• Facilitating offsite meetings with all the required logistics.
• Facilitate all arrangements for Executive Visit. : travel, accommodation, transportation etc .
• Composing and preparing correspondence on behalf of Sr. leader as an when required
• Dealing with appointments, requiring Bio or photos etc.
• Schedule on behalf of the CEO meetings between him and his direct reports and the
committees and groups to which he is a member.
• Filter general information, queries, phone calls and invitations to the CEO by redirecting or
taking forward such contact as appropriate.
• Ensure the CEO is fully briefed on, or prepared for, any engagements he is involved in. 

• Prepare correspondence on behalf of the CEO, including the drafting of general replies.
Ensure guests meeting with the CEO are well taken care of- travel and accommodation.
• Provide a service that is in line with the CEOs work habits and preferences.
• Support in office administration.

Job Description 

To execute Pre-formulation studies, bench scale batches using different formulation processes.
To support and execute the tech transfer activities, pilot batch manufacturing and bioequivalence studies etc.
Coordination and correspondence for the arrangement of API, RLD, Excipients, Punches and other accessories for Lab scale batches.
Coordination with cross functional departments like RA, QA, QC and AR&D.
Should have knowledge of Solid oral and liquid oral dosage form development.
Should have good knowledge of F R&D equipments and their handling.
Responsible for conducting Literature search, Experimental batches, Pilot and Pivotal batches.
Should have exposure in patents and non-infringing development.
Must be able to prepare development documents like Master Formula Records (MFR/MPR), development protocols, and pharmaceutical development report.
Need to be develop the Products by QbD fashion and expertise in DoE studies and interpretation using competent software.
Willingness and Cooperation to work at Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) sites.


Position: Technical /Assistant/Associate & Lab Technician

Key Responsibilities:

​Technical Associates will perform the work related to External Quality Assurance Scheme
Technical Associates will perform testing as per SOPs and has overall responsibility of testing activities
Technical Associates will identify the non-confirmatory work and document the corrective action required.
Ensure that the Laboratory premises and workstation are maintained as per the infection control protocols.
Ensure maintenance of all laboratory equipment
To maintain the turnaround time

Follow internal and External quality assurance procedures
Follow universal safety precautions and strictly adhere to biomedical waste management guidelines.
Document the results of HCV test in their respective lab registers, on a daily basis.
Ensure on stock situation of HCV test kits and related commodities
Technical Associates will check the house keeping records
Technical Associates will check whether the cleaning of the laboratory is done properly
Ensure that the lab report duly signed by the concerned authority and is recorded in the lab register.
Technical Associates will enter the result as per the SOP.
Technical Associates will recognize abnormal, unexpected results, error and problem of the test.
Technical Associates will participate in QC Program
Technical Associates will monitor the thermally controlled equipment like refrigerator, deep freezer and incubator on daily basis.
Technical Associates will keep the Kits in appropriate temperature as mentioned in the Kit.
Technical Associates will update and maintain the Lab records and stock register.
Technical Associates will ensure the laboratory is well stocked and resourced.
Technical Associates will update worksheet report in the prescribed format.
Technical Associates will follow and ensure Lab discipline, safety procedures and safety checks.
Technical Associate will serve as the safety officer of the lab and will conduct safety audit bi annually.
Technical Associates will follow a universal precaution.
Technical Associates will participate in training programs at internal control and external control centers.
Technical Associates will maintain an ethical standard.
Technical Associates will follow the principles of data security and patient confidentiality.
Technical Associates will keep up to date with technical development.
Technical Associates will supervise the housekeeping and cleanliness of the laboratory
Technical Associates will implement the biomedical waste protocol and waste disposal policy
Technical Associates will discuss all emergency issues or any other yet relevant work as the circumstances arise to the Quality Manager.
